One Account Policy. A single individual may hold only one fifo88 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent banning of all associated accounts and forfeiture of Funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fifo88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.
fifo88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify fifo88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
fifo88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is not mandatory, it provides a significant additional layer of security. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available within Account Settings.
You are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through your Account complies with these Terms. Any wagers placed through your Account — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party who gained access through your negligence — are your responsibility.
fifo88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at fifo88's discretion with notice provided on the platform.
All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including those of family members or business entities, are not permitted and may be reversed.
fifo88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit prior to crediting Funds to your Account, including but not limited to bank statements, eWallet transaction records, and identity documents.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. fifo88 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposited Funds are held in segregated accounts and are used solely for the purposes of gaming on the fifo88 platform. fifo88 does not pay interest on deposited Funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically supported. Where the original payment method cannot receive withdrawals, fifo88 will process the withdrawal via bank transfer to the Account holder's verified Malaysian bank account.
Withdrawals are processed only after KYC verification is complete. fifo88 may request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, including identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bank transfers within 1–3 business hours upon approval; eWallet withdrawals where supported may be processed within 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
fifo88 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Current limits are displayed in the Account withdrawal section. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional verification and senior approval.
fifo88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, business accounts, or accounts not registered in the Account holder's legal name. Any attempt to direct Funds to a third party will result in the withdrawal being reversed to the Account balance pending investigation.
All bonuses offered by fifo88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. These include, without limitation, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. You must read and understand the full terms of any bonus before opting in.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. fifo88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after acceptance, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may be removed from the Account balance. Real-money Funds deposited by the User are not affected by bonus cancellations.
Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to pattern betting, staking manipulation, or coordinated exploitation with other users — constitutes a breach of these Terms. fifo88 may void bonuses and related winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Specific betting and game rules applicable to each product category — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and Lottery — are published within the respective sections of the fifo88 platform. These product-specific rules supplement and form part of this Agreement. In the event of conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific product.
fifo88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any wager where: (a) the wager was placed after the relevant event or outcome had concluded; (b) a manifest pricing error occurred; (c) the wager was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) system errors affected the validity of the transaction.
Winnings from voided wagers will be credited back to the Account as a stake refund. fifo88 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a voided wager, including losses on related wagers or accumulator bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fifo88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the fifo88 platform — including but not limited to the fifo88 brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the property of fifo88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fifo88 content without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fifo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses of winnings, profits, or data.
fifo88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
